The St Kitts and Nevis Citizenship by Investment Programme offers visa free travel to more than 130 countries, including the European Schengen area and Russia. Accelerated application process
St Kitts and Nevis is the only citizenship by investment jurisdiction to offer an Accelerated Application Process (AAP). Under the AAP, a successful applicant is guaranteed full processing, including a registration certificate and a passport being issued, within 60 days of submission (and at times under 45 days).

You can sell your real estate after 5 years with profit, while still keeping your citizenship. You can travel to 132 countries in the world visa free. You can visit EU schengen countries including Switzerland for maximum 90 days in 180 day period. You can visit UK without visa maxiumum 6 months for tourism, business conferences, family and friends etc.
